The dimensions of the Target Mini on its self is as follows: 2.29 H x 1.44 W x 0.95 in. / 5.8 x 3.7 x 2.4 cm.
Unfortunately you cannot use La Queef without the bubbler, however third party alternatives may exist. If you are looking to vape concentrates without a bubbler, check out the SubHerb vaporizer.
